CougCenter has tabulated the votes, and 7 out of 8 SB Nation Pac-10 Blogs have decided on this for Week 3's Pac-10 Power Poll.

It is pretty simple: blogs send in their rankings 1-10 to CougCenter, and they in turn assign a reverse value to each vote. So, as you can see, USC received 7 first place votes, giving them 10 points each time. Likewise, Washington State received 7 last place votes, giving them a stunning 7 points.
