Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

Nebraska will also have a solid non-conference road schedule in 2008-09, as the Huskers will take to the road to face TCU (Nov. 19), likely preseason top-25 foe Arizona State (Dec. 7) and Oregon State (Dec. 13).

The Nebraska-Arizona State game will mark the second year of the Big 12/Pac-10 Hardwood Series. The Huskers defeated ASU, 62-47, last year in Lincoln before the Sun Devils ran to a 21-13 record and narrowly missed an NCAA Tournament at-large berth before reaching the NIT quarterfinals. ASU was one of four teams with at least 20 victories in 2007-08 that fell to Nebraska (also Kansas State, Oklahoma and Texas A&M in league play).
