Where is the baseball coverage, HoS?
I know that college baseball has a lower profile than football or basketball, but baseball is inarguably the most successful sport on campus. The team has been ranked in the top 5 in the country since the 2nd week of the season, and briefly rose to #1. They just finished up a 20-3 beatdown against arizona in tuscum, following a 23-9 bludgeoning earlier in the spring. They're on track to win their 3rd straight conference title, something they've never done before. After this weekend at UCLA, they likely will not have to play another road game unless they make it to Omaha and the College World Series.
Look, I know it's something of a niche sport to the general public. But c'mon -- if you're gonna bill yourselves as the blog for all things Sun Devil, college baseball has gotta be part of the equation!

Yeah, we have some coverage coming.
CW and I both graduate in 10 days, so things have been a bit hectic.
We’ll pick it up for you guys though :)

Fair enough
Obviously school takes first priority, and congrats on your impending graduation. (Got any spare tix for Obama?) It’s just been a little disappointing to not seeing more baseball coverage through the whole season. Maybe I can try to fill in the blanks with a few more fanposts in the meantime. Hopefully we will see some more stuff after graduation as we’ll be in the homestretch of the season.
I will concede that this site has been less than stellar in regards to ASU baseball, myself in particular. In fact, I am not sure I have ever written anything baseball-related in this space.
I promise more in the coming weeks, whether it be player interviews or scouting reports based on in-game analysis. After graduation, I will be giving House Of Sparky all I can.

I was drunk for the last 2 months of my ASU experience...
….so I understand :-)

That is much appreciated… it’s a little bittersweet.

Why bittersweet?
The real world is great. No it really is.

Except for one thing...
Not NEARLY as much eye candy. I don’t think I could walk across campus without breaking into tears from what I’ve missed over the last decade.
Sorry
I was just crying into my unemployment check

Amen. Although, it looks like I'm going to be at UCLA law school, so...;)

Eye candy should be comparable. I would think..

One would think
I have been on the campus of UCLA a couple times and did not see much talent there. Hope it goes a little better in terms of the eye candy for you
