How can you put Oregon ahead of Oregon State
I don’t remember what UO ended up with, but it took them 3 quarters just to get a first down. You put Boise St as a big mover (up) so why is Oregon not a big mover (down). I like the Ducks, but after that performance they should have dropped to 24, 25, or probably out of the top 25. What did you see from them that convinced you they shouldn’t have dropped much? Because I saw nothing. Coming into the season I had the Ducks and Beavers neck and neck, granted OSU played a terrible team, but they played their 2nd and 3rd teams for the majority of the game and still dominated.
Boise State is a great team, and they were at home. You’re not going to drop out of the top 25 if you lose to a good team in the first week. It’s not like it was Appalachian State.

I would agree with your response if...
Oregon lost a close game. But they didn’t. They were dominated. You have to admit the game was not nearly as close as the score would indicate. Had BSU capitalized on all the opportunities UO gave them it would have been in the neighborhood of 33-8, probably more. The Ducks offense was abysmal, and now without Blount, I don’t see them improving much. Especially in pac10 play. I would have put OSU at 22 and UO at 24 or 25. I like most your ballot though.
