PrintAdmittedly, there's a bit of homerism at play here. Regardless, Oregon was seconds away from winning the BCS National Championship Game, and their offense is going to be awesome this year. They have a great opportunity at winning it all.
I noticed after the fact that I selected five Pac-12 teams. That's parity, baby!

Perhaps not shocking on a Pac-12 blog
But I see Oregon and Stanford as way too high. Oregon will have a good team, probably top five, but they lost too much to be preseason #1. And, while Stanford does boast the best QB in the country, they did lose most of their O-line and their head coach. Also see TCU, Florida, and Michigan State as too high and Arkansas as too low. I actually don’t see much homerism in the ranking of Arizona State themselves. Low 20s is where I would’ve put them as an outsider (I had them at #21 in my own first draft, just behind Mississippi State and just ahead of TCU).

You left off OSU
Regardless of suspensions and a new coach, OSU is a top 25 team to me. Where would you have put them with Tressel and no suspensions but Pryor still gone?
I also think Stanford is too high, but maybe they’ll surprise me.
Something just doesn't look right to me...
…personally I do think Arkansas will be as good as the pundits think. Oregon and Stanford are teams I’d put in the 7-14 range.
Screw Boise until they play a real conference schedule.
