Picking him up from Pitt was huge for us. He is a great coach, great pedigree, smart as hell, a true leader, and has coached some serious athletes in that lightning quick runningback Lewis. Perfect time grabbing him, as he has had all off season to get his recruiting office in line. I say give him 5 years to turn us into a stellar program. May not happen right from the outset, but picking him up was the right move going forwards and its going to make us more competitive contenders.
