In a span of less than two weeks, Dillon Faamatau has gone from Washington State commit to ASU commit and is now an ASU signee.
The 6-foot-4, 280 pound three-star commit by both Rivals and Scout.com from Norwalk, Calif. made his Sun Devil pledge official Wednesday, joining George Lea as the other defensive tackle in Todd Graham's 2015 recruiting class.
Faamatau, ranked as the No. 67 defensive tackle in the nation by ESPN, had offers from Colorado, Frenso State, Hawaii, Utah, Utah State and Washington State, but ultimately chose the maroon and gold.
The Norwalk High School product first made his ASU commitment public on Jan. 26, when he tweeted about his new school of choice, which was first reported by Chris Karpman of ASUDevils.com:
Now apart of the ASU family #ForksUP! #PT42 #SunDevils #D1Bound
