GameThread: Ducks Aim To Fly High Against Sun Devils, 7:30 p.m. AZT

We're two and a half hours away from kickoff, and it's a very warm day in Tempe. Right now, it's 102 degrees and this sweltering weather will not just dissipate once the sun goes down - cool downs are gradual in Arizona.

This weather will be a huge advantage for the Sun Devils, who practiced in dangerous conditions all summer in preparation for this exact moment. After a deflating loss in Wisconsin last weekend, anything that gives ASU the edge is welcomed.

Oregon brings its incredible offense into the valley, having scored an average of 63 points a game over their first three contests. In stark contrast to that total, they have given up a total of 13 points - the entire season.

Arizona State is not nearly as dominating on either side of the ball, but they do have flashes of brilliance. Will the Ducks stomp the Sun Devils, or will ASU give its fans something to cheer about?

Lets talk about this marquee match-up, and welcome back to House Of Sparky. Go Devils!
