After a brief two-game road trip to Wichita, Kansas, the Arizona State Sun Devil baseball team returns to the friendly confines of Packard Stadium this weekend for a three-game series against the Oregon Ducks. The Sun Devils have improved their record to 17-8-1, winning four out of their last five games.
The Sun Devils took both games from Wichita State during their midweek series. ASU is currently tied with USC for seventh place in the Pac-12 with a conference record of 4-5, while Oregon sits atop of the conference at 8-1.

Arizona State Update
The Sun Devils have won four of their last five games, including taking two of three games from UCLA last weekend at Packard. Freshman have played a major role for the Sun Devils all season, with left-hander Ryan Kellog leading the starting staff with a 1.37 ERA. Closer Ryan Burr has six saves in 13 appearances this season, holding an ERA of 1.31.
Trever Allen had a three-RBI performance against Wichita State on Wednesday, with Nathaniel Causey going 2-4 in the victory over the Shockers. Sophomore Drew Stankiewicz leads Arizona State at the plate with a .323 average. Kasey Coffman hit two home runs and drove in five to lead ASU to a 7-4 victory over UCLA last Saturday.
Oregon Update
The Ducks swept Washington and went 4-0 last week. Oregon sits at 22-6 on the season, including 8-1 in conference. The Ducks allowed just four runs in three games against the Huskies, with their starting pitchers combining for 25 IP, 12 H, 2 ER and 23 K.
At the plate, the Ducks are led by Ryon Healy, who leads Oregon in batting average, hits, doubles, home runs and runs batted in. He is the only Oregon player who hits over .300 and has five of the seven home runs for Oregon this season. The Oregon bullpen has four regular contributors who have ERA's under 2.00
Friday and Saturday's action gets underway at 6:30 p.m., while Sunday's first pitch is scheduled at 12:30 p.m. Games can be listened to on The Fan AM 1060.
