"The Best Moment of 2012-2013" Bracket Release

There's been an All-American defensive tackle and a Freshman of the Year point guard. There was a softball team that won 21 in a row, and a hockey team that beat the Wildcats eight straight times. Oh yeah, did we mention the Territorial Cup?

The 2012-2013 athletic year was another unforgettable ride for Sun Devil fans. Teams and athletes soared to new heights and gave us memories that will last a lifetime. Arizona State had plenty of moments that left Sun Devil fans awestruck, amazed, and wanting to come back for more.

That's why the team at House of Sparky has created a new summer series. Everyone loves a bracket competition, so we decided to create a "32-Moment" bracket to determine what memory had the most impact on Sun Devil fans.

Earlier this week, we asked for fan submissions of their favorite memories from the past year. We received a wide variety of responses, ranging from no-hitters to tennis upsets to Territorial Cup performances.

While the Territorial Cup was an overwhelming favorite, we didn't want to overlook some of the other outstanding accomplishments that other Sun Devil teams achieved.

After receiving the submissions, the folks here at House of Sparky seeded each moment and broke the moments into four distinct regions.

The regions allow for competitive balance, and should inspire great debate among fans of different Sun Devil sports.

Each week, we will pit moments against one another and Sun Devil fans will vote to determine which moments advance and ultimately have a shot at becoming "The Best Moment of 2012-2013".
