Well, Saturday could have gone better. The Sun Devils trailed 29-0 at halftime and ended up losing to the Stanford Cardinal 42-28. The good news for Arizona State fans is the Sun Devils did not quit, they gave Stanford a bit of a scare in the fourth quarter but in the end it was too little too late.

The Sun Devils will watch film and look back on the loss and soon they will move on. Sun Devil nation should do so as well. The USC Trojans come to town this Saturday and Arizona State has its hands full. USC is stout on defense and the team still has a lot of weapons on offense.   • The Arizona State volleyball team continues its strong start to the season. The Sun Devils are 11-1 including a victory over then No. 2 Texas on September 13. The Sun Devils play rival Arizona Tuesday night at 8 p.m. before traveling to Stanford this weekend.
  • Fans can vote on Arizona State's uniform for the Sun Devils' October 12 home game against Colorado. The voting ends on September 30 and you can vote here through AZ Central.
