On this episode of Center Ice presented by Speak of the Devils, Justin and Jayson are joined by Arizona Coyotes color commentator and former NHL player Tyson Nash, who gives his thoughts on ASU's transition to NCAA. Nash played in the alumni game against ASU last season and hopes to play again in January, and discusses any potential partnerships with the NHL's Coyotes.
Nash played in the WHL, never playing NCAA hockey, and talked about the differences between juniors and college, and how long before the team will be competitive at the Division I level
The Sun Devils swept the weekend against No. 12 Illinois, relying on its usual stars. Eric Rivard had three goals and Robert Levin combined for only three goals allowed and 65 saves in the two games.
