Section H Podcast: Recapping the CBE Classic and previewing UNLV

After a week off for Thanksgiving, the Section H Podcast is back for another episode breaking down the latest in ASU basketball. This week, Nick and Ryan recap ASU's performance in the CBE Classic and preview Arizona State's upcoming matchup with UNLV.

There were positives and negatives from the CBE Classic. The Sun Devils were competitive against Power 5 competition, however ASU made crucial mistakes in the second half that cost them both games. Turnovers and poor free throw shooting continue to plague Arizona State, as the Sun Devils fell to both Alabama and Maryland by a combined 10 points.

Arizona State returned home last Saturday and defeated Colgate 78-71. The Sun Devils led by three points with less than a minute to play, and Herb Sendek is concerned about his team's defense in the second half.

UNLV comes to town for one of the most important non-conference games of the season and Nick and Ryan preview the action.
