El Cerrito (Ca.) Senior High School wide receiver Jalen Harvey has officially committed to ASU, signing his letter of intent Wednesday to play for the Sun Devils.
Harvey, a 4-star recruit and 29th best wide receiver in the 2014 class according to ESPN, originally committed to play at California but flipped his pledge on Oct. 21.
Harvey, also ranked 4-stars by Rivals.com and 3-stars by Scout.com, joins El Cerrito teammate and four-star linebacker D.J. Calhoun at ASU, the second and final school for each.
The 6-foot, 175-pound receiver had offers from eight schools, including Oregon, UCLA and Washington according to Scout.com.
Harvey is one of three 4-star wide receiver recruits in ASU's 2014 class looking to play alongside redshirt junior star Jaelen Strong (1,122 yards, seven touchdowns in 2013).
