The 2014-15 Arizona State basketball schedule is coming together and Tuesday night the picture become more clear. The Pac-12 conference released its 2014-15 men's basketball pairings, this means that the Sun Devils know the order in which they will play conference opponents. The exact dates for the games will be released at a later time.
The Sun Devils will begin their conference slate in Tucson as Herb Sendek and company will play the Arizona Wildcats on the road the first week in January. The weekend of Jan. 7-11, Arizona State will travel to the Oregon schools before hosting Utah and Colorado the next weekend.
Jan. 21-25 Arizona State will travel to the Bay Area to play Cal and Stanford, with the Oregon and Oregon State coming to Tempe on Super Bowl weekend. The week of Feb. 4-8 rival Arizona comes to visit Wells Fargo Arena, where the Sun Devils have won two of the last three meetings against the Wildcats.
Feb. 11-15 the Sun Devils will travel to Washington to play the Cougars and the Huskies with UCLA and USC traveling to Tempe the following weekend. Feb. 25-Mar. 1 Arizona State will travel to play Utah and Colorado in their final road trip of the year.
The final weekend of the season sees Arizona State hosting Stanford and Cal, that series will end on a Saturday as the conference does not schedule Sunday games the final weekend because of the Pac-12 tournament.
Arizona State has also finalized their non-conference schedule that includes home dates with Harvard and UNLV and away contests against Texas A&M and Marquette. The entire non-conference slate is listed below.
