According to multiple reports, Deonte Reynolds and Jayme Otomewo, two members of the Arizona State football team, were arrested Sunday for burglary and have since been dismissed from the program. SunDevilSource was the first to report the incident.

The arrests were reported late Monday night and Tuesday morning SunDevilSource confirmed that both Reynolds and Otomewo have been dismissed from the program.

According to 12 News reporter William Pitts, the incident occurred at a student housing complex off campus with Reynolds and Otomewo having been caught with stolen credit cards.

Otomewo is a sophomore defensive back and Reynolds is a junior defensive lineman who is redshirting this season after joining the Sun Devils from Contra Costa Junior College. Reynolds and Otomewo are the third and fourth Sun Devils to be arrested this year.

Davon Durant was arrested in March and dismissed from the team following a domestic altercation with his girlfriend and defensive tackle George Lea was arrested in June following a BB gun incident. Lea remains with the team but was suspended for this season.

We will update this story as more details become available.
