Chandler, who currently plays for Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, chose ASU over Nebraska and also had offers from several other schools including Louisville, Missouri, Oklahoma, TCU, Utah and Washington State.
Both Rivals and Scout rank Chandler as a 3-star prospect. ESPN and 247 sports view the 6-foot-2, 195-pound defender as a 4-star prospect with Chandler ranking No. 35 247 Sports' JUCO rankings.
As Chandler mentioned, he will have two years of eligibility at ASU. He joins a young group of defensive backs that's losing seniors Lloyd Carrington, Kweishi Brown and Solomon Means.
