The swag of Stanley "Scrappy" Norman will hit Tempe soon.
The four-star athlete from Gardena, Calif. signed with the Sun Devils Wednesday, just a month after he announced he would be heading to ASU.
Norman, who stands 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds, made his initial pledge to ASU during the U.S. Army All-America game when he pulled off his U.S. Army jersey to reveal an ASU jersey with "Scrappy" labeled on the back.
Norman had offers from a variety of power-five schools, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida State, Louisville, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Tennessee, UCLA, USC, Utah and Washington.
Norman is one of three athletes in the 2015 recruiting class, along with Morie Evans and Jaason Lewis.
