ASU Basketball: Brendan Bailey decommits from the Sun Devils

The class of 2016 small forward has reopened his recruitment

According to Josh Gershon of Scout.com on Twitter, 2016 small forward Brendan Bailey has de-committed from ASU in the wake of Herb Sendek's firing as head coach of the Sun Devils program.

Bailey committed back on Nov. 30, 2014. He stands 6-foot-7 and weighs 200 pounds according to Rivals. The recruiting service ranks him as the No. 78 recruit in the country in the 2016 class and gave him a 4-star ranking. Scout also has Bailey as a 4-star recruit and ranked No. 51 nationally, No. 15 small forward in his class and the No. 4 small forward on the west coast.

According to Rivals, Bailey is also fielding offers from BYU, Southern Utah, Tulsa and Utah. His sister is BreElle Bailey plays on the ASU volleyball team. His father is former NBA player Thurl Bailey.
