National signing day for hockey is April 15, but that doesn't mean the recruiting class is complete. David Jacobson took to Twitter Wednesday to announce he would be the second goalie for the 2015-16 season.
Honored, humbled, and blessed to announce my commitment to Arizona State University! #GoSunDevils

Jacobson, originally from Calabasas, California near Los Angeles, has played 28 games with the Chilliwack Chiefs of the BCHL between the regular and postseason. His Chiefs are one of the final teams remaining in the BCHL playoffs, in part because of his .909 save percentage and 2.95 goals against average.
Jacobson joins Ryland Pashovitz as new recruits for next season between the pipes, and the two figure to battle returner Robert Levin, who is coming off a torn ACL, for playing time next season.
