ASU Golf

Jon Rahm shot two-under par this weekend at the Travelers Championship. He finished 15 shots off the leader but was the only amateur to make it through to the weekend. Former ASU golfer Paul Casey finished second in the tournament to Bubby Watson.

ASU Track and Field

ASU track and field's Shelby Houlihan qualified for the 1500m run finals last Friday at the USA Track And Field Championships.

ASU track and field's alum shot putter Jordan Clarke made the USA Track and Field World team on Sunday at the USA Track and Field Championships. Clarke took third in the shot put with his final throw, marked at 21.49m, and he and the rest of Team USA will compete at the 2015 IAAF World Championships, Aug. 22-30, in Beijing, China.
