The second Sun Devil practice jersey was released on Monday, featuring maroon lettering on a gold top. The uniform includes the traditional "PT42" patch in the upper right-hand corner and a small Adidas logo on the opposite side. In addition to this release, we also saw a camouflage practice jersey revealed earlier this month.

The four day extravaganza that are the SEC media days got underway yesterday, and with that brought the release of each team's depth chart for the upcoming season. Of note to fans of the maroon and gold is Texas A&M, who will face ASU in Houston on September 5. Kirk, of course, chose Kevin Sumlin's team over Arizona State back in December.

Ike Diogu and his "The Basketball Tournament" team rolled through regional play last weekend in Los Angeles, winning their three games by a combined 160 points. Diogu only played in the first two contests, averaging an obscene 48 PPG and 16 RPG. Next up for LAUNFD is a trip to Chicago for the Super 17 round.

Elsewhere on the hardwood, both Jordan Bachynski and Shaquille McKissic were in action at the Vegas Summer League on Monday. Bachynski scored nine points and grabbed five boards in Toronto's 95-87 victory, while McKissic had four points and four steals for Sacramento.
