The Sun Devils landed the verbal commitment of 2016 four-star athlete Robbie Robinson on Saturday. He tweeted out his reasoning as to why he chose the Sun Devils over Stanford, his native Virginia and Virginia Tech, amongst others, citing purposes that range from his major to his playing time in the future.
It's been a long journey. Proud to be 100% committed to Arizona State University. #ForksUp #BirdGang Here's why pic.twitter.com/qinzgbhJTe

If the pictures haven't sold you on Robinson's brightness, maybe his high school GPA will.
With a 4.2 GPA, CB Robbie Robinson -- who just committed to ASU -- also is a candidate for Barrett Honors College.

Yet another example of the type of pedigree and character Todd Graham has shown he gravitates towards when recruiting players.
Robinson is Sun Devil commit No. 10 for ASU's 2016 class which to this point ranks No. 7 in the Pac-12, according to 247Sports.com.
As soon as tonight, the number of commits could reach 11 should ASU land offensive lineman Michael Eletise.
