ASU Football Opponent Primer: Washington - After a possible trap game up in Pullman against Washington State, Arizona State will return home to face Washington. The Sun Devils have won their last nine games against the Huskies, five of which have been played in Tempe.

The maroon and gold will embark on their yearly trip to Camp Tontozona today before opening practice up in Payson tomorrow. The team will also hold practices on Thursday and Friday before Saturday's annual Maroon & Gold scrimmage. Graham's squad is due back in Tempe by the end of the weekend. All Camp T practices are open to the public.

ESPN released their online season preview yesterday, and Arizona State comes in at No. 17 in their rankings. Included is analysis from Phil Steele (and others) and a look at the team's path to the playoff.
Former linebacker Davon Durant has landed on his feet over at Marshall, where he will have to sit out one season before playing for the Thundering Herd. One of the top junior college players in the country a year ago, Durant was expelled from Arizona State after a domestic violence incident back in March.

ASU Basketball
Sam Cunliffe, a versatile guard out of Seattle, committed to the Sun Devils back in June, but the 4-star prospect was making headlines again yesterday. Cunliffe led his team with 17 points to take home the Northwest Collegiate Summer League championship on Monday. The guard still has one more year of high school left before joining Bobby Hurley's team down in the desert.
UW's Noah Dickerson adds 14 points and Rainier Beach's Sam Cunliffe (Arizona State commit) has 17 to win NW Collegiate Summer League title.
