Pac-12 Basketball Power Rankings: January 27

Our latest look at the current state of the conference.

Scott Olmos-USA TODAY Sports

We are now four weeks into conference play and are ready for an updated look at our Pac-12 power rankings. House of Sparky's Connor Pelton and Kaelen Jones' picks are below.

Rank Pelton's Picks Jones' Picks
1. Arizona Arizona
2. Oregon California
3. USC Utah
4. California Oregon
5. Washington USC
6. UCLA UCLA
7. Utah Washington
8. Oregon State Colorado
9. Stanford Oregon State
10. Colorado Stanford
11. Arizona State Arizona State
12. Washington State Washington State

Pelton's Picks

USC's lost week up in Oregon means a change at the top, but this was actually a pretty mild week in the crazy Pac-12. The middle of the league remains solid with teams ranked 4th-7th still in line for tournament bids, and everyone but Washington State seems capable of winning on any given night.

Arizona State suffered yet another close loss on Saturday night at Stanford, and while Bobby Hurley's team still only has one conference win, there is still time to go on a late run and sneak into the NCAA Tournament.

Jones' Picks

Arizona once again claims the top spot with a blemish-free week, but not by much. Utah was the lone team to not suffer a loss this past week, making for chaotic rankings once again.

With USC losing both of its games, there’s no clear No. 2 as of right now, even in the polls, and it doesn’t seem like that will be changing any time soon.
