With the first ever "Mill Madness" replacing the usual Maroon and Gold scrimmage, the Arizona State Basketball program had a variety of events to get fans excited for the upcoming season. They laid down some hardwood on the corner of 7th and Mill Ave and had players from both the men's and women's team participate with each other in order to promote the Sun Devil Basketball brand.
The event consisted of a three-point competition that had teams on one men's basketball player and one women's basketball player. The team that took home the gold consisted of men's junior guard Shannon Evans and women's junior guard Courtney Ekmark.
Also, there was a dunk contest, which saw senior guard Torian Graham retain his title, the highlights from that are above.
