ASU Football: Thursday practice report

Manny Wilkins was on the sideline while the rest of his teammates ran and stretched at practice this morning.

The Arizona State Sun Devils had their final practice this Thursday to finalize their preparations for their matchup with the UCLA Bruins in Tempe this Saturday.

Media was allowed to watch the team run and stretch at the Verde Dickey Dome.

Wilkins at Practice

Quarterback Manny Wilkins was dressed with his left ankle taped, however he did not partake in running or stretching with the rest of the Sun Devils. On Tuesday, ASU Head Coach Todd Graham ruled Wilkins as "questionable to doubtful."

Other Injuries

Nose tackle Ami Latu was sporting a leg brace over his left leg, but was a full participant today.

Defensive back/ linebacker Tyler Whiley was sporting a brace over his right forearm.

Hagan attends practice

Former ASU wide receiver and sideline reporter for Sun Devil Radio, Derek Hagan, was observing Thursdays practice. Hagan played for the Sun Devils from 2002-05 and was ASU’s offensive MVP his senior year in 2005. Hagan was recruited by Dirk Koetter in 2001 and is second in PAC-12 history with 258 receptions and 3,939 receiving yards.
