The regular season is finally winding down, and there's still plenty of important matchups this week in the Pac-12 which will determine who plays in the conference championship game.
Can Washington stave off Washington State? Can USC take care of business against Notre Dame? Or will Colorado sneak its way into Santa Clara as the South Division representative?
We'll find out this weekend. For now, you can see how Connor Pelton and I have the conference shaping up ahead of Week 13 action.
Pac-12 North
Rank | Pelton | Jones |
1. | Washington | Washington |
2. | Washington State | Washington State |
3. | Stanford | Stanford |
4. | Oregon | Oregon |
5. | Oregon State | Oregon State |

Closer Look
Well, the Apple Cup will turn out to be the biggest conference game of the year with the Huskies clenching on to slim College Football Playoff dreams, while the Cougars will look to play spoiler and rebound off a tough loss on the road to Colorado.
After an upset of Utah, Oregon jumps up a spot in each of our rankings, while Cal takes a tumble to the bottom after a shellacking at the hands of a Christian McCaffrey-led Stanford team which looks to be revitalized down the home stretch.
Pac-12 South
Rank | Pelton | Jones |
1. | USC | USC |
2. | Colorado | Colorado |
3. | Utah | Utah |
4. | UCLA | UCLA |
5. | Arizona State | Arizona State |
6. | Arizona | Arizona |
Closer Look
No changes this week in the South. USC handled UCLA and remains at the top of the rankings, but an impressive win by Colorado doesn't have the Buffaloes too far behind the top spot.
Utah didn't advance or drop following its loss to Oregon, while the lower half of the division remains idle, hoping to rebound this weekend.
