ASU Football: Monday Practice Report

Another day, another practice!

The Arizona State Sun Devils held practice at the Kajikawa Practice Fields on Monday. Players, dressed in pads, stretched and worked through tackle and takeaway drills in front of media.

Here are some notes and observations from today’s session.

Muscle Beach

Linebackers Salamo Fiso and Christian Sam, receiver Cameron Smith, offensive lineman Stephon McCray were today’s inhabitants of the area designated for injured players.

Cornerback Kareem Orr joined the group following takeaway drills.

To the side

Offensive lineman Sam Jones stood off to the side during stretches.

Tim White

The receiver worked through full stretching and tackle drills, however didn’t participate in the offensive team session during the takeaway portion of practice.

Jason Lewis at linebacker

Lewis appeared to be working with the linebackers during tackle drills.

Offenses worked through plays without facing any defense.
