House of Sparky is sharing its Top 12 Plays of Christmas series to commemorate the best moments from the Arizona State Sun Devils’ 2016 football season. Follow along as we reveal a new play every day leading up to No. 1, which will be unveiled on Christmas Day.

Our No. 9 Moment of the ASU Football Season: N’Keal Harry’s one-handed touchdown catch vs. UTSA

The Arizona State Sun Devils scored 20 unanswered points to beat the University of Texas-San Antonio in a come-from-behind road win.

This was ASU’s first true test on the road and the third victory of the season for the Sun Devils; after two easy wins at home against NAU and Texas Tech.

The 32-28 win over UTSA gave ASU its third straight win, a promising start to the season for the Sun Devils.

True freshman wide receiver N’Keal Harry made a play against UTSA that despite it only being the third game of the season and only the third game of Harry’s college career, was so impressive your jaw will still drop watching it.

The Sun Devils were down 14-6 with time for one more play before heading into the locker room. Quarterback Manny Wilkins threw the ball 27 yards and connected with Harry, who made the one-handed grab with a defender hanging on to him.

An impressive play that demonstrated an ability few freshmen possess, staying calm and poised while having the presence of mind to make a momentum shifting catch for your teaming going into half time.

Harry gave Sun Devils fans a glimpse of what they may—if they’re lucky get to see for three more seasons.
