With the entire athletic department making the switch to adidas last summer, this will be the first season for Tracy Smith's team with the new apparel sponsor. Arizona State will start the year on February 19-21 with a four-game set at home against Xavier.
ASU Hockey
Chris Schubert, our own hockey beat writer, was busy breaking news yesterday. The biggest piece of information? The Sun Devils will likely be playing the majority of their games in Glendale's Gila River Arena next season, gradually moving away from the too-small Oceanside Ice Arena in Tempe.

And speaking of next season: two potential names I'm hearing for their schedule: BC and Michigan. Two big opponents.
