The Arizona State Sun Devils have added Spanish forward Ramon Vila to their 2016-17 team Friday, according to Evan Daniels of Scout.
The 6-foot-9, 230-pound Vila averaged 5.3 points and 3.7 rebounds in 29 appearances as a member of FC Barcelona's second division team.
He also led the Spanish team in scoring during the U18 European Championships, averaging 12.7 points per contest while shooting 60 percent from the floor.
Ramon Vila is a 2016 recruit. Led Spain in scoring in the U18 European Championship last year & led the event in field goal percentage.

Vila is now the fifth member of ASU's 2016 class, which includes Sam Cunliffe, Vitaliy Shibel, Jethro Tshisumpa, and Romello White. Because of the losses of Eric Jacobsen, Savon Goodman and Willie Atwood, the Sun Devils focused on size and length in this class.
Ramon Vila joins Cunliffe, Jethro Tshisumpa, Shibel and Romello White in ASU’s 2016 class. First ASI class with four 6-9 guys perhaps ever.
