Few true freshmen came into the Pac-12 and had as big of an impact as Kareem Orr did in 2015. The 5-foot-11, Chattanooga, Tennessee, native led the Sun Devils with seven interceptions, including a fourth-quarter pick-six to seal ASU's victory over Arizona.
After being named a Freshman All-American in 2015, Orr is expected to take on an expanded roll this season in a new-look Sun Devil secondary. He is moving from safety to corner and boasts the most experience in the unit besides safety Armand Perry.
Orr spoke with Zac Pacleb at ASU football media day over the weekend about his expectations for 2016 and his expanded leadership role in the secondary.
