The Arizona State Sun Devils may be focused on their trip to Los Angeles and USC this week, but some news regarding their game in 12 days was announced Monday morning.

The team’s return to Sun Devil Stadium - scheduled for October 8 against the UCLA Bruins - will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. Pacific and be broadcast nationally by either ESPN or ESPN2.

While Arizona State has already had two games televised by the ESPN Family of Networks this season, this could be the first on the main ESPN network. The team’s last regular season game on ESPN came in that triple overtime thriller against Oregon one year ago.

The Sun Devils are 12-7 in evening kickoffs dating back to the start of the 2014 season. This year’s team has played four night games to start the year, and that number will rise to five after this week’s 5:45 p.m. kickoff at USC.

Only two other kickoff times (Nov. 10 vs. Utah and Nov. 25 at Arizona) are known for the rest of the season. Both are weekday games and are scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.

Todd Graham’s team sits at a perfect 4-0 after the first four weeks of the season.
