ASU Football: Sun Devils finish final practice before USC

The Arizona State Sun Devils had their final practice Friday in the Verde Dickey Dome ahead of a trip to Los Angeles to face the USC Trojans this weekend.

Before the team gathered inside, Zane Gonzalez and Matt Haack worked on place kicking in the rain.

Christian Sam, Ami Latu update

Linebacker Christian Sam worked on the side during stretches, and did not participate in the team series.

Defensive tackle Ami Latu went through full stretches with the team, and was seen wearing a large brace on his left knee once again.

Tempo Series

Media was able to watch the team stretch and run through an offensive series.

The offense lined up with Manny Wilkins (QB), Demario Richard (RB), Jalen Harvey (WR), N’Keal Harry (WR), Frederick Gammage (WR), Evan Goodman (LT), Sam Jones (LG), AJ McCollum (C), Stephon McCray (RG), and Quinn Bailey (RT).

Nick Ralston (RB) and Ellis Jefferson (WR) rotated in.

The defense lined up with George Lea (DL), Tashon Smallwood (DL), JoJo Wicker (DL), Koron Crump (DEVIL), D.J. Calhoun (LB), Kareem Orr (BC), Gump Hayes (FC), Laiu Moeakiola (SPUR), Armand Perry (S), and J’Marcus Rhodes (S).

A.J. Latu (LB), Salamo Fiso (LB), and Bryson Echols (DB) rotated in.
