The Arizona State Sun Devils have once again expressed their in-state dominance on the recruiting trail this evening.
Arizona State has earned the commitment of Cibola High School tight end and outside linebacker prospect Mark Walton, he announced Monday night. News of his commitment was first reported by Jason Jewell of 24-7 Football.

Walton is the 10th local pledge ASU has secured this circuit, a total that would mark the highest homegrown crop the Sun Devils have ever fielded.
The 6-foot-5, 225-pounder from Yuma, Ariz. is rated as a two-star prospect by Scout. He is unranked by 247 Sports, Rivals, and ESPN. The Sun Devils will hope he blossoms into a hidden gem.
With National Signing Day less than 48 hours away, the Sun Devils are now up to 17 total commitments for their 2017 class.
