Sunday night, three-star junior college linebacker Kendrick Catis announced his de-commitment from the Arizona State Sun Devils via his Twitter account.

In his post, Catis referenced “uncertainties about the future of the coaching staff” as a major reason for his decision.
Catis originally committed to ASU on September 12, becoming the 13th player set to join the program in 2018. He’s now the third prospect to rescind his commitment since the end of the season.
According to 247Sports, Catis also has offers from Colorado State and Washington State, who he visited on December 8.
This news leaves ASU with 12 commitments, three at linebacker, with Reggie Hughes, Jacoby Simpson and Christian LaValle left presumably ready to join the team next year.
