The Arizona State Sun Devils (10-0) are ranked at No. 3 in Monday morning’s Associated Press Top-25 basketball rankings.

1. Villanova
2. Michigan State
3. Arizona State
4. Duke
5. North Carolina
6. Miami
7. Kentucky
8. Texas A&M
9. Xavier
10. WVU
The No. 3 rank is the highest the Sun Devils have ever achieved, up two spots from their No. 5 spot last week. Previous No. 3 Wichita State lost to Oklahoma last weekend and ASU leapt over the Duke Blue Devils (11-1) Monday.
As a conference, the Pac-12 is struggling. ASU is just one of two teams (Arizona at 8-3) from the Conference of Champions to land a spot in the top-25. In fact, there haven’t been three teams ranked in the top-25 this season from the Pac-12 since the Week 3 poll was released on Nov. 20.
The Sun Devils have a couple tune-up games against Longwood (3-8) and Pacific (5-7) in Tempe before they have a date with the Arizona Wildcats (8-3) on Saturday, Dec. 23 in Tucson.
