Kansas transfer and sophomore forward Carlton Bragg is leaving Arizona State, Evan Daniels of 247Sports.com first reported.

Bragg, who was rated a five-star recruit by Rivals.com out of Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School (Cleveland, Ohio), transferred from Kansas to Arizona State in May and already had to sit out the 2017-18 season due to transfer rules.

However, Bragg was not with the team from the beginning of the season due to “personal reasons,” according to Doug Haller of azcentral.com.

Now, he reportedly won’t return.

The 6-9, 220-pound forward averaged 5.2 points and 4.1 rebounds in 13.8 minutes per game in his 2016-17 sophomore campaign with the Jayhawks. He also previously suffered a non-basketball related suspension at Kansas.

Aside from Bragg, redshirt sophomore transfers Zylan Cheatham (San Diego State) and Rob Edwards (Cleveland State) are practicing with ASU and will be eligible to play in the 2018-19 season.
