Former Clear Springs High School (TX) cornerback Langston Frederick has signed and sent in his National Letter of Intent to the Arizona State Sun Devils.
Frederick, one of the program’s handful of “silent commits” in this class, is ranked as the 129th best cornerback in the country by 247Sports.
In 2016, Frederick recorded 62 tackles and had seven pass breakups. He also made one interception in his senior season.
247Sports lists the corner as a three-star prospect. Scout, however, has him ranked as a two-star.
Frederick stands 5-foot-10 and weights in at around 185 pounds. The League City, TX product held offers from Houston, Michigan State, and Indiana, among others.
The cornerback did not officially visit Arizona State until last weekend.
