ASU Football: 4-star safety KJ Jarrell inks with Sun Devils

Not too long ago, KJ Jarrell announced his intentions to sign with the Arizona State Sun Devils. On Wednesday, he made it official after filing in his letter of intent, confirming his final decision to “stay true.”

The choice of ASU made Jarrell the fourth pledge the Sun Devils garnered following the commitments of the Saguaro Three during the 2016 offseason.

Jarrell is a four-star prospect according to Scout and 247Sports, and a three-star prospect according to Rivals and ESPN. He selected the Sun Devils in favor of joining California and USC.

The Scottsdale Saguaro (Ariz.) safety is measures at least 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds. According to MaxPreps, he recorded 56 total tackles and four interceptions during a senior campaign which saw him earn All-Arizona honors.
