VIDEO: Sun Devils fall to No. 5 Bruins despite strong defensive effort

They got outsized (again).

The Arizona State Sun Devils fell to the No. 5 UCLA Bruins 87-75 despite a strong effort on the defensive end. Four of the five starters played the whole 40 minutes of the game with the odd man out being junior guard Kodi Justice. He only played 39 minutes as freshman forward Ramon Vila came into the game during the second half to give Justice a one minute break.

Despite holding freshman guard Lonzo Ball to only four points, it became the same old story for the Sun Devils as they were outsized. They were out-rebounded 49-30 and outscored in the paint 50-22.

There’s only two games left in the regular season for the Sun Devils to focus on with the first one being this Sunday at 4:30 PM against the USC Trojans.
