A Washington Redskins scout appeared at practice on Thursday. The Los Angeles Chargers, San Francisco 49ers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans have each sent a scout to practice ASU fall camp.
Special Teams
The Sun Devils practiced a series of punts enacted by San Francisco City College transfer punter junior Michael Sleep-Dalton. Sleep-Dalton, an Australia native, punted the ball straight-on in each punt opposed to rugby-style. He has done a combination of the two styled punts throughout fall camp practice.
Junior wide receiver John Humphrey and senior running back Jacom Brimhall returned punts. Redshirt freshman defensive back Chase Lucas was also spotted in the backfield, but was not seen returning punts.
