11-on-11 Rundown

Wilkins: Richard found a hole and was able to gain about five yards on a decent run. Then, Wilkins rolled out and was sacked by Crump, as he threw the ball down to the ground in frustration. Harry was given a screen pass where he gained little to no yardage. In his last play, Wilkins threw a three-yard pass to Wilson on a quick slant route.

Barnett: Smith, then Jacom Brimhall took hand offs in the first two plays. Then, Barnett connected with Wilson for a five-yard gain on the third play. Smith ran the ball for about three yards to end 11-on-11 drills.

Todd Graham: “Game on the line! Fourth and goal! Last play!”

Wilkins set up from the five yards out from the goal line and pitched it to Ballage. Ballage ran to the outside near the right side of the field where he saw two defenders before him about three yards before the end zone. He lowered his head and tried to muscle his way through, but was pushed out of bounds near the one-yard line.

*Smith, Humphrey and Newsome were all seen catching punts during a special teams segment. The kick and punt return man will likely be Humphrey or Newsome this season.
