Class of 2018 five-star shooting guard Luguentz Dort will visit Arizona State through the weekend of Sept. 16, according to Jeff Borzello of ESPN.

Dort, a 6-foot-5, 220-pound shooting guard from Montreal, Canada, was rated a five-star by ESPN and a four-star by Rivals, Scout and 247Sports.

Dort attends the Athlete Institute Academy in Orangeville, Canada, where Milwaukee Bucks power forward Thon Maker (2016) and Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray (2015) graduated not long ago.

Most recently, Dort narrowed his offers to a list considering just six schools on Aug. 6, including Arizona State, Baylor, Oregon, Michigan State, Miami and Indiana, according to Rivals.com.

"Bobby Hurley is one of the great point guards that played the game.” Dort told Corey Evans of Rivals.com in early August. “I feel like if I were to go there, I would really learn a lot about the point guard position."

ASU head coach Bobby Hurley has signed five four stars in the names of Sam Cunliffe, Romello White and Jethro Tshisumpa in 2016 and Kimani Lawrence and Remy Martin in 2017. Hurley also earned the commitment of five-star class of 2020 guard Kyree Walker in June.
