ASU Football: Wednesday’s practice report

Just three days away from week five action

The Arizona State Sun Devils (2-2, 1-0 Pac-12) worked through their second practice of the week in preparation for the Stanford Cardinal (2-2, 1-1) on Wednesday morning.

ASU ran through ball security tackle, special teams, tempo and 11-on-11 drills.

Notes

  • Humphrey remained on muscle beach Wednesday and hasn’t played since week two against San Diego State. He’s progressed over the last couple weeks and should suit up against Stanford, but may remain limited.
  • Michael Sleep-Dalton managed a couple solid punts but also shanked a couple toward the sideline. We’ll see if he can put together a solid performance Thursday before week five. The Devils will need him.
