ASU Football: Practice Report (12/10)

Practice was back inside the bubble in Tempe, as the team practiced on turf for preparation of Sam Boyd Stadium’s field in Las Vegas. This was the last practice before the team heads out for the Las Vegas bowl.

Injury update

Quarterback Ryan Kelley, cornerback Terin Adams and safety Cam Phillips worked off to the side during the media viewing portion of practice

Notes

Darien Cornay filled in for Terin Adams with the second team cornerbacks. Guard Steven Miller wasn’t seen at practice.

During the 11-on-11 part of practice, the team was switching the units a lot to make sure everyone gets enough reps, as it’s likely a lot of the team gets playing time during the bowl game.

AJ Carter busted through a huge hole for a big gain against the first team defense, drawing in a lot of cheers from the first team offense.

Aashari Crosswell got another pick in practice, this time off of a throw from Dillon Sterling-Cole.
