After committing originally on June 20, Connor Soelle will now join his brother, Kyle, as a Sun Devil when he signed his letter of intent on Wednesday morning.

Soelle is rated as a three-star by both 247Sports and Rivals, 247Sports also ranks him as the 24th best recruit from the state of Arizona and 106th athlete in the nation. He also received offers from Vanderbilt, Army, Nevada, SMU and New Mexico State.
The 6-foot-1, 195 pound Soelle played all over at Saguaro. He had five touchdowns rushing and another two receiving, he also contributed 551 combined yards in his senior season. Although, if he’s like his brother, Soelle will play on defense most likely either at linebacker or safety. Soelle on defense this past season had 121 total tackles, 23.5 for a loss, three interceptions and 4.5 sacks.
It’ll be interesting to see where the Sun Devils put Soelle, with the linebacker core looking established and one safety spot locked down, he’ll have to battle for playing time. He is one of three local kids already signed on Wednesday.
