3-Star OL Spencer Lovell inks with Arizona State

Just four days ago Rocky Mountain High School (Fort Collins, Colorado) offensive guard Spencer Lovell committed to Arizona State, flipping his pledge to join Colorado State. On Wednesday, he made it official, signing with the Sun Devils.

Lovell, was committed to Colorado State since July of 2017, visited UCLA on Jan. 28, before heading to Tempe the following weekend where he committed on Super Bowl Sunday.

At 6-7, 315 pounds, Lovell is rated a two-star by Rivals.com and a three-star by 247Sports.com.

Lovell and his o-line powered an offense who ran the more than 2 12 times than it passed, averaging 156.2 yards per game on four yards per carry.

Listed at 6-7 by 247Sports, Lovell would tie sophomore Curtis Hodges as the second-tallest on the team. The two fall an inch behind 6-8 OL Kyle Breed.
