Norco High School (California) offensive guard Jarrett Bell signed with Arizona State on Wednesday, making him the fifth recruit to ink with the Sun Devils on National Signing Day.

Bell had committed to Alabama in November of 2017, before he reopened to his recruitment. Bell passed up offers from Bama, Notre Dame, Texas, Nebraska, UCLA and Washington State among others to join the Sun Devils.
Rated a four-star by Rivals.com, Bell ranks at the No. 9 offensive guard in the nation. ESPN and 247Sports.com rank him a three-star.
The 6-4, 287-pound ASU signee blocked for Norco running back and Oregon-signee Travis Dye who amounted 2,383 yards and 34 touchdowns in 11 games.
